	AKUTO A loyal pilot fighting for the Order, Akuto is the former alpha of Pack Five, following the death of Kuma during the Assault on Shibuya. Akuto suffers from disturbing "visions" he is subjected to during times of stress and injury. The "visions" allude to the experiences of primitive canines in an ancient time and place Identifying Markings: White coat, black mask that covers left eye/ear and right ear.
	ODATE The human commander overseeing Order canine combat operations in their fight with the Opposition. He is dedicated to the canines he commands, and is torn between his loyalty to them and his responsibility to the Order Council.
	OKAMI One of the most talented ashigaru to fight for the Order, Okami was killed during a covert operation against Opposition forces. Revived under bizarre circumstances, Okami single-handedly destroyed the Sohei position during the Assault on Shibuya. Identifying Markings: Grey coat, white stripe mask and muzzle.
	KUMA Pack Five's original alpha, Kuma was a mentor to Akuto who served as second-alpha under him. During the Assault on Shibuya, Kuma's nodachi was taken down by Paw of Opposition operatives. Identifying Markings: Brown coat, white forehead and muzzle.
	AIKO A talented nodachi pilot, Aiko exhibits a quiet, calm demeanor which hides an extremely dangerous killer instinct. Not one to attract attention, she is content with simply being a reliable soldier. Identifying Markings: Brown coat, dark brown/black mask.
	KIKU The omega of her squad, Kiku is a firebrand with a wealth of combat fighting experience. Despite her low status, she refuses to allow herself to be pushed around, and enjoys antagonizing her superiors. Identifying Markings: Red coat, white heart shape mask and muzzle. Pink nose and blue eyes. Usually wears amber-colored goggles.
	SHENJI The sole remaining member of the Pack Three Sohei, Shenji joined Pack Five just prior to its merging with other Packs to form the Forty-Seventh Composite Pack. Despite a rocky first meeting, his respect for Kiku has developed into romantic admiration. Identifying Markings: Light brown coat, dark brown mask. Wears the orange cowl of the Sohei sect.
	TAICHO With combat experience reaching back to the War of Insurrection, Taicho is the grizzled alpha of the legendary Prime Alphas of Pack One. Taicho became the alpha of the Forty-Seventh when it was formed out of several units following the Assault of Shibuya. Identifying Markings: Dark brown coat, black mask. Missing most of his left ear.
	HIBARI The extremely talented alpha of the famous "Flying Fangs" Wani gunfighter squadron. Identifying Markings: Grey coat, white forehead delta and muzzle. One blue eye, one brown.
	KOKORO An adept ashigaru unit alpha, Kokoro is alpha of the newly-formed dotanuki squad, formed with the creation of Pack Forty-Seven. Identifying Markings: Reddish coat, dark brown mask that covers eyes.
